BRUNO CATALANO – CITY MEDAL – ÉTAPLES-SUR-MER

The Mayor awarded the town’s medal to the artist Bruno Catalano for his contribution to the artistic influence of Étaples-sur-Mer.

The artwork RAPHAËL, acquired by the town, is a sculpture paying homage to the fishermen, to the Étaploise community and to all lovers of the ocean; our perception of the Opal environment is changed: It manages to sublimate our vision of the Canche and launches an invitation to travel, where everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure” – confides Mr Philippe Fait
