JonOne, the famous American artist of blood but French at heart, pioneer of Street-Art and master of lyrical abstraction, offers you the opportunity to start 2021 with an art vibrating with positive forces and generous forms. Through the centerpiece of the exhibition « A place of the future », JonOne shares with you his vision of the future world filled with freedom, tolerance and generosity.
To give meaning to his life, he shares his joy and enthusiasm. « In these times of pandemic, the world needs more freedom and lightness. It’s color that excites me ».
A need that takes on its full meaning in the wake of the inauguration of U.S. President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the first black and Asian woman to become Vice President of the United States. This historic new government is a hope for this American artist of Caribbean origin, activist for social and racial justice and climate change. JonOne expresses his convictions in his creations through drips and projections of vivid paintings.
