Job Responsibilities

Our new brand ARTCHIVES is looking for Sales Advisors (M/F) for its opening scheduled for mid-June 2026.

We initially offer a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract.

The Concept

ARTCHIVES is an exclusive collection bringing together artworks from our archives: paintings, original artworks, limited editions, and unique or edition sculptures.

These pieces will be offered at attractive prices, while maintaining the artistic and aesthetic standards of the Galeries Bartoux Group.

Designed as a true artistic space, ARTCHIVES is part of a broader initiative to highlight our artistic heritage while making it accessible to a wider audience.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming customers and providing clear and accurate information while delivering a high level of service
  • Offering an exceptional sales experience
  • Providing excellent follow-up service by assisting each client with delivery steps, administrative tasks, and feedback regarding their in-store experience
  • Achieving sales targets set by management
  • Managing customer relationships and building strong connections with clients
  • Handling commercial and administrative follow-up
  • Supporting the internal organization of the store (light artwork handling may occasionally be required)
  • Actively participating in event planning in collaboration with the Marketing department
  • Supporting the daily maintenance and presentation of the store

We provide an onboarding system with mentorship for new team members, offering training in contemporary art and sales techniques specific to the Galeries Bartoux Group.

You will benefit from personalized support to help you succeed within our team.

Profile Required

You hold a business school degree or a commercial BTS diploma, and you are trained and comfortable with sales techniques, with at least 3 years of sales experience in a retail, luxury, or premium luxury environment.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic computer skills are strongly recommended
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Knowledge of another foreign language is highly appreciated
