HONFLEUR: OUR THREE GALLERIES REOPEN THEIR DOORS
After several months of exceptional circumstances, Galeries Bartoux is delighted to welcome visitors back to all three of its Honfleur galleries, now open to the public.
Last spring, a municipal order concerning safety measures for a historic building at risk on Quai Sainte-Catherine forced us to temporarily close two of our three galleries: Le Dauphin and Sainte-Catherine.
These circumstances, entirely beyond our control, affected a place of particular significance in our history. The Galeries Bartoux story began in Honfleur more than 30 years ago, and it is here that our passion for contemporary art continues to unfold, year after year.
Throughout this period, our Normandy gallery remained open. Our teams worked tirelessly to continue welcoming visitors and collectors, showcasing our artists and maintaining our artistic programme despite the circumstances.
Today, Le Dauphin and Sainte-Catherine have reopened their doors.
Having all three galleries back, each with its own spaces and distinctive identity, means much more than a simple return to normal. This reopening reflects our deep attachment to Honfleur, as well as our determination to keep moving forward, adapting and championing art whatever the circumstances.
We can now welcome you once again to all three of our Honfleur locations, each with its own atmosphere and selection of artworks:
